GUILFEST/CHICKENHAWK/TOURS/NEW BAND/NEW GIGS

Monday, June 21st, 2010

Hello there!

Lots and lots of things to say but not enough time to say them. Anyway we’ll try our best.

CHICKENHAWK:

The boys have lots of festivals coming up this summer the first being NASS Festival in Somerset on 10th July where they’ll be rocking the Kerrang stage and drinking cider.

After that they head on over to Guildford on the 16th July for the wonderful Guilfest where they’ll be sharing the Rocksound stage with the likes of F*cked Up, And so i watch you from afar, The Blackout and Turbowolf. Not only that but you’ve got Hawkwind, 65daysofstatic, The Human League and Status Quo (yes!) rocking the main stage and as it’s an independently run, family festival it needs your support and love.

The full line-up for Guilfest is here
Tickets are here

TOURS:

Lots of exciting tours coming your way over the coming months. Castrovalva are doing a number of dates with the ever rocking Holy State who have a new EP out on Dance to The Radio. Dates are up on the valva myspace

These Monsters tour with Coheed and Cambria starts this Tuesday including a sold out date at the London Forum and then in July they are joining fellow Leeds’ prog/math champions Vessels on a quick jaunt around the UK. Check out the dates at here

KONG are coming back aswell! We had to buy them a lot of burritos to make it happen but they will be touring the UK in August. Castrovalva will be support for the first half while Blacklisters will be doing the remaining dates. Look here

NEW SIGNING:

We’ve also added a new
band to our roster. They’ve been around a lot time but Humanfly have always been one of our favorites. A new album and tour is planned for

UPCOMING BREW GIGS:

This Friday at the
Brudenell we have Castrovalva, Turbowolf, Goverors of California and Wingman playing for
us. It will be a great day for rock music. Tickets are available from here otherwise it’ll be £5 on the door.
