The 山姆 Houston State University(SHSU) 机构动物护理和使用委员会 oversess all aspects of SHSU animal care and use programs for teaching and research. 所有的任命都由上海大学校长做出.     人员 must submit the completed Concentra and SHSU health forms via encrypted email to Concentra Medical Center who will work with the designated health care physician for obtaining specific recommendations. 健康表格, which will include the physician’s recommendations (if any) will be securely scanned into SHSU’s Concentra portal, 哪个符合联邦规定, 州和地方HIPAA法规.
